Abstract submission should be ONLY done on the amphiclub2026.sciencesconf.org website

Early bird registration (before April 30, 2026):

Student: 200€ TTC

Non-student: 300€ TTC

Standard rate (after April 30, 2026):

Student: 250€ TTC

Non-student: 350€ TTC

Registration fee includes the costs for the location, food during the meeting hours (lunch/dinners/coffee breaks), coffee, tea, and soft drinks. 

Registration fee does NOT include accommodation.

Note: Limited number of cheaper dormitory rooms (bookable before April 30, 2026) – see LODGING. 

Payment

After you register, you can choose from two options of payment:

1) transfer to a bank account using a QR code:

• Note: Enter 926001 as the variable symbol and add your name to the message for the recipient.

• Student Standard rate (after April 30, 2026) - 250€ TTC

• Non Student Standard rate (after April 30, 2026) - 350€ TTC

2) payment by card: 

• Student Standard rate (after April 30, 2026) - 250€ TTC

• Non Student Standard rate (after April 30, 2026) - 350€ TTC
